Project Description:

To enhance water transport efficiency in the Pasak River to support the increasing water transport demand in the future and to carry out the detailed design to improve the river conditions to support 95% of the navigation throughout the year. The development considered the area from the confluence of the Chao Phraya River to Saraburi province. It will connect the transport from the north and the northeast regions to ports in Chao Phraya and Pasak rivers, continuing to Si Racha and Laem Chabang ports. The water transport is energy-saving, so, the water transport enhancement will generate efficiency use of energy and mitigate traffic problem in Bangkok and its perimeter
